Halley has 15 years’ experience working in sustainability and climate change across government, not for profit, academia and consulting.
She has led programs in low income household energy efficiency, heatwave and health and Victoria’s first whole of government climate change adaptation plan.
Currently she is the Sustainably Team Leader at Arup Melbourne and the Australasian lead for The Resilience Shift – an organisation providing tools and knowledge for critical infrastructure resilience.
She is passionate about designing for interdependent systems, inclusivity and resilience.
