Graham is the National Co-ordinator of the Climate Change Program of the United Nations Association of Australia.
He was a delegate of the World Federation of United Nations Associations to the UN’s climate summits in Copenhagen in 2009 and in Paris in 2015 as well as to the UN Conference on Sustainable Development in Rio de Janiero in 2012.
He is a Board member and a former President of the Victorian Division of the UNAA and a former national Vice President.
In this voluntary role he draws on his extensive professional experience in the management of the environment and of natural resources, most recently as a consultant.
His work overseas included air pollution control in the UK, the development of international environmental guidelines at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development in France and research into environmental risks in the USA. In Australia he has held senior roles in state government organizations, including the Victorian Environment Protection Authority. From 1997 to 2004 he was CEO in Victoria of the non-government organization, Greening Australia Inc. He is a graduate in Chemical Engineering and holds Masters degrees in Biochemical Engineering and in Environmental Management.
